Extraordinary GMS are all General Meetings of Shareholders held other than the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which are held at any time if necessary by the Board of Directors and/or Commissioners and/or for Shareholders’ shares with an agenda adapted to the needs for decision making that must be approved through the General Meeting of Shareholders.
