The Audit Committee is a committee formed by the Board of Commissioners to help carry out its duties and functions.

The Audit Committee is tasked with providing an independent professional opinion to the Board of Commissioners on reports or matters submitted by the Board of Directors to the Board of Commissioners as well as identifying matters that require the attention of the Board of Commissioners, including making an annual activity plan approved by the Board of Commissioners, reviewing the financial information to be issued by the Company such as financial statements, projections, and other financial information, Conduct a review of the company’s compliance with other laws and regulations related to the Company’s activities, provide recommendations to the Board of Commissioners regarding the appointment of an Accountant, based on independence, scope of assignment , reviewing and providing advice to the Board of Commissioners regarding potential conflicts of interest in the company.
