The Company appoints a Corporate Secretary to bridge the communication between the Company and the public and maintain information disclosure. The Corporate Secretary reports directly to the President Director. The Corporate Secretary is also responsible for ensuring that the Company has complied with GCG principles as well as all current laws and regulations.
