The Board of Commissioners shall be responsible for supervising, monitoring, evaluating the performance of all Company strategic policies and the course of management in general and to provide advice, directions to the Board of Directors towards the policies and strategies taken by the Company management, if required.

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Board of Commissioners

1. To ensure the implementation of GCG principles in every operational activity, at all levels and ranks of the management.

2. To oversee the tasks and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, and to give advice to the Board of Directors including directing, monitoring and evaluating the performance of Company strategic policies.
3. The Board of Commissioners may not, in performing its supervisory duties, be directly involved in any decision making taken by the Company Board of Directors.
4. To ensure that the Board of Directors has acted on and responded to reports and recommendations from the Board of Commissioners, Auditors, and Shareholders.
